We are seeking an experienced ITSM Specialist to support project management activities and ensure seamless integration and execution of IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in I&IT service management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
- Hybrid model requiring on-site presence three days a week.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers or Portfolio Leads with project coordination and administration tasks, including tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.Perform project schedule updates using MS Project Online and ensure activities are tracked to completion.Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure optimal integration and alignment with project objectives.Prepare project artifacts such as scorecard updates, status reports, risk, issue & action logs, and management reports.Facilitate meetings, document meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up as necessary.Conduct data analysis using tools such as Excel to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, and cost.Maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.Review submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness.Provide support in incident and change management processes and ensure ITIL methodologies are applied effectively.Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in I&IT service management.ITIL certification (mandatory).Proven experience in incident and change management.Proficiency in managing large technology projects.Demonstrated expertise in I&IT service management.Proven ability to build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.Professional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative abilities.
