CRM Product Owner

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own CRM-related processes and workflows
• Monitor CRM performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
• Maintain data quality, system integrity, and user adoption standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for CRM users and stakeholders
• Coordinate communications with MLAs, constituency offices, and other business partners
• Gather business requirements and convert them into system recommendations
• Provide guidance and training on CRM functionality and best practices
• Review current workflows to find opportunities for greater efficiency
• Work with technical teams and vendors on enhancements and upgrades
• Support reporting, analysis, and CRM-related initiatives
• Keep documentation, procedures, and user resources up to date
