Position Overview-

As the Proposal Analyst, you will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFP, RFI, RFQ, RFS etc.) response that meets all the Client requirements as laid out in the Proposal documents.

You will provide support for sales activities and bid teams, working with the solutions architects, writing proposals, solutions overviews, and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery by the clients’ teams and then presenting them to the clients. You will also be responsible for positioning and demonstrating portfolio solutions. This is a customer- and solution-oriented role where engagement amongst our clients and partners is key to being successful.

Job Responsibilities

Proposal Coordination & Bid Support

• Support the end-to-end proposal process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking timelines, assisting in bid planning, and ensuring all proposal inputs and documentation are compiled and submitted within client deadlines.

Proposal Development & Content Management

• Draft, edit, and structure proposal content, including executive summaries, company overview, capability statements, and value propositions, while maintaining centralized repositories, templates, and ensuring consistency in formatting, messaging, and version control.

Pricing & Commercial Coordination

• Assist in consolidating pricing inputs, maintaining cost sheets and commercial documentation, and coordinating with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment with deal strategy and internal approval processes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Review proposal submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance with RFP requirements, adherence to internal governance standards, and inclusion of all required documentation, certifications, and declarations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and partners during the proposal lifecycle while contributing to post-bid analysis, maintaining knowledge repositories, and identifying opportunities to improve proposal processes and templates.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations and technical writing.
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, cloud technologies, and enterprise solution offerings with the ability to translate technical inputs into clear business-oriented proposal language.
• Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals for our Public Sector Clients for Salesforce technologies.
• Good experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.

Required skills

• Graduate from Business Management, Marketing, or similar program.
• Advanced MS Word / PowerPoint skills & proficient in MS Office / Adobe InDesign
• APMP Foundation Certification (Practitioner or Professional level desirable).
• Knowledge of commonly used sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with an ability to effectively convey information, concepts, and ideas to others.
