We are looking for an experienced CNC Service Technician to join our team in Leduc, Alberta.
This is a hybrid shop and field service role, where you’ll work on new and used CNC machine tools both in-house and at customer sites across the region. You’ll spend time servicing equipment in the shop while also responding to local and regional field calls.
With most service work within the region, you’ll be home most nights.
Location: Leduc, AB
Pay: $45–$55/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Provide full-scope CNC machine tool service and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair CNC controls and servo systems
- Troubleshoot Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi control systems
- Perform mechanical repairs involving:
- Spindles
- Drive systems
- Ballscrews
- Way systems
- Gearboxes
- Complete CNC machine installations, retrofits, and upgrades
- Perform preventive maintenance on new and used CNC equipment
- Travel to customer sites throughout the local and regional area
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on CNC or machine tool service experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with CNC controls and servo systems
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and/or Mitsubishi is an asset
- Ability to diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical issues
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Compensation & Benefits
- $45–$55/hour, based on experience
