Picker/Packer

From receiving and picking to replenishing and supporting inventory accuracy, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and wants to contribute to dependable operations every day.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Perth, ON

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Pick and process outgoing orders accurately and on time using RF scanners.
• Check and put away incoming materials to ensure items are in good condition and quantities match.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track and confirm items.
• Move picked items using carts, pallet jacks, or other non-powered equipment.
• Support inventory control by completing cycle counts, assisting with audits, and helping resolve shortages or discrepancies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited school.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime when required, and to follow safety procedures and company policies.
