MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Manager - ServiceNow for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Calgary.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CSM projects and programmes.
- Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and dependencies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and business requirement alignment.
- Facilitate workshops to define solution requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate developers, architects, analysts, testers and vendors.
- Monitor project health, risks, issues and mitigation activities.
- Ensure adherence to AESO Solution Delivery LifeCycle.
- Provide executive reporting, status updates and delivery metrics.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow project management experience.
- Minimum 7 years managing enterprise technology or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Strong practical experience of managing CSM
