Your new role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the full operational and financial performance of a multi-site portfolio while leading on-site teams and driving tenant satisfaction.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential andmercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to identify priorities, address issues, and implement improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and consistency
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support revenue optimization and overall asset performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular management reports
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong performance
• Manage team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure optimal workforce productivity
• Deliver high-quality service to maintain strong tenant satisfaction, responding to concerns professionally and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while supporting retention initiatives
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely execution of required work
• Manage vendors and contractors while identifying and implementing initiatives to improve property performance and asset value

What you’ll need to succeed
You will bring 3-5+ years experience in property management within a leadership role, with experience managing a high volume of doors, possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall asset performance. You are a natural leader with experience managing and developing teams,bined with excellentmunication and interpersonal skills. A strong customer service mindset, high level of organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingualism in French and English is required
