We are a warm, professional family in Toronto seeking a reliable, experienced, and dedicated full-time live-in household support person and nanny to join our family and help care for our 6-month-old son. We currently have a live-out nanny who is responsible for our son’s daytime childcare. This position will complement her role, and there will be times when the two caregivers work alongside one another and coordinate childcare and household responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working collaboratively as part of our household team. At present, the position includes overnight infant care as well as household support. As our son begins sleeping consistently through the night, the role will naturally transition toward primarily household support, with some daytime and evening childcare. Household responsibilities will include general cleaning, laundry and ironing, light meal preparation, errands, and helping to keep our home clean, organized, and welcoming. Infant-care responsibilities will include feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, supporting naps and bedtime, and providing attentive, nurturing, age-appropriate care. Previous experience caring for infants is essential, and we are looking for someone who is warm, patient, trustworthy, proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and alongside another caregiver. Flexibility is important, as the schedule may include daytime, evening, overnight, and occasional weekend hours, depending on our family’s needs.
