Monica's family is seeking a compassionate and reliable elder care in Hamilton, ON. Monica’s parents live independently in their own home. Your assistance would make an incredible difference to their peace, joy, and comfort. My 96 year old father has been the primary caregiver. The PSW’s primary responsibilities would include personal care for mom with dementia including bathing, hair care, daily lunch preparation, laundry, light cleaning as well as also walking, conversing, and games with mom. A well organized, fully stocked kitchen daily menu and recipes are provided for you. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in providing companionship and support to an elderly individual. Mom loves an easy manner, intelligent and humorous dialogue, and someone who has a knack with personal connection. Experience in elder care and a strong understanding of personal care and bathing assistance are preferred.
