Based in Huntsville, ON , the Proposal Administrator will report to the Administration Manager and will have a wide range of duties focusing on proposal coordination and office administration.

This is a new position and the wage range is $28.00 - $37.50 hourly.

What You’ll Do: As part of the TULLOCH team, you will: Participate in proposal meetings to coordinate the inclusion of information from various disciplines and work groups Create proposal outlines and compose various proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, qualification summaries, CVs, and all other documents as required Add proposal timelines and key dates into Project Manager calendars Facilitate reviews and contributions from all involved work groups Ensure RFP compliance and complete quality control on final documents Ensure consistent editing and formatting of final documents Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems Keep accurate records on proposals in progress, including submitted proposals, project wins, and proposal losses Please note that this job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility that will ever be required of an employee in the job.

What You Should Bring: The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related program.

Additionally, you should have: 2+ years of experience in proposal writing (previous experience working in an engineering consulting firm would be considered an asset) Ability to effectively multitask and handle shifting priorities within a fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-orientated environment Excellent English language communication skills (both written and oral) with keen attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit material Ability to generate and integrate graphics as required Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop), and Sharepoint Online Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills Unwavering commitment to health and safety in the workplace Valid Class G driver’s licence Who You Are: You are organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, and can coordinate workflow, assess priorities, and meet deadlines You have proven customer service skills to deal effectively with clients You are always keen to try something new You work hard until the job is done You are trusted with the freedom and responsibility to work independently while contributing to overall team success What We Offer You: TULLOCH has built a passionate workforce with a strong and vibrant culture which has been the key to our success.
