Job Description

We are seeking a senior API Specialist with extensive Digital Marketing Technology and Adobe Experience Cloud expertise to lead large-scale Adobe implementations and enterprise customer engagement architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, CRM, and CDP integrations, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Drive complex Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign implementations from architecture through delivery.
  • Design customer engagement architectures integrating Adobe Experience Platform, AJO, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, and CDP solutions.
  • Define integration strategies and ensure seamless connectivity between Adobe platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and architecture governance across digital marketing technology initiatives.
  • Lead distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams and ensure successful execution of large-scale implementations.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
  • Establish architecture standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
  • Review solution designs, technical deliverables, integrations, and implementation approaches.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, scalability, performance, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of Digital Marketing Technology experience.
  • 5+ years leading Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Experience delivering 3+ large-scale Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign implementations.
  • Strong enterprise architecture experience across:
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Analytics
    • CRM platforms
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, personalization, journey orchestration, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience designing complex integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Experience leading distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architecture governance skills.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and MarTech programs.
  • Strong ownership of architecture, technical decisions, delivery quality, and governance.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple delivery streams.

Highly Preferred:

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect Certification
  • Adobe Experience Platform Architect Certification

Additional Preferred:

  • Adobe Certified Master Experience Cloud
  • AWS/Azure certifications or fundamentals
