Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Reach Truck Operator for our client in Richmond, BC. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in reach truck operation, order picking, shipping and receiving, warehouse logistics, and LTL shipping coordination.
You will be responsible for operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck , preparing orders for shipment, processing shipping documentation, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
- Pay Rate: $23.50/hour
- Location: Richmond, BC
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking and accurately prepare customer orders.
- Build, wrap, and prepare pallets and skids for shipment.
- Scan inventory and products using RF scanners.
- Label cartons and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
- Assist with general warehouse and distribution activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Shipping & Logistics
- Enter shipping information into warehouse and shipping systems.
- Print shipping labels and process outbound shipments.
- Coordinate and prepare LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and carrier documentation.
- Communicate with transportation providers and freight carriers.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Stand-Up Reach Truck operating experience.
- Experience with order picking, pallet building, and skid preparation.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with LTL shipping, freight coordination, shipping documentation, and carrier paperwork is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable using voice-directed picking systems and headsets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Steel-toe safety boots required.
- Reliable transportation is required, as the site is not transit accessible.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
