Digital Marketing Manager

Interesting and well-rounded senior-level marketing role with a focus on paid media strategy and outbound marketing to a technical B2B audience. Working with a large, complex, global, and privately-held company.

What- the Role:

On behalf of our client, Swim Recruiting is seeking a new Manager, Digital Marketing who will play a key role in demand generation from a large, geographically dispersed corporate audience.
The portfolio of responsibilities will include:

• Paid media strategy
• Email campaigns, including lead nurturing and initiatives
• Multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Marketing analytics & marketing KPI reporting

Underpinning these key responsibilities is excellent project management and a process improvement mindset, with the ability to leverage systems and tools to continuously refine the company’s marketing.
This role involves collaboration and teamwork with various internal departments (sales, product, IT, etc.), as well as plenty of communication and interaction with external agencies, vendors, service providers, etc.

Who- the Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years and preferably 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.

• Must have experience with B2B demand generation
• Must have proven experience leading paid media strategies, for a variety of channels including Google and LinkedIn.
• Experience working in the technology sector is preferred but not required for a quick and capable learner.
• Global Scope:
  • Must have experience marketing to diverse corporate audiences across Canada.
  • Experience marketing to a global audience is preferred, but not required.
• Foundational experience in a marketing agency is beneficial, as this role involves a great deal of project management similar to juggling marketing campaigns for various client accounts
• Education- Relevant post-secondary education and certifications in marketing is highly preferred
• Qualified candidates will be systems savvy, with the ability to optimize system use. Ideally candidates will have….
  • experience with Adobe Marketo marketing automation platform but if not, experience with similar tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • experience with Google Ads as well as GA4.
  • experience using a CRM (ideally Zoho, but could be Salesforce, etc.)

How Much:

Salary range commensurate with marketing work experience, qualifications, and skills, likely in the range of $90,000 to $100,000. There may be flexibility on this for someone very qualified for the role, so please still reach out if your salary expectations are a bit above this.
