Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager/Leader will oversee large-scale clinical workflow and documentation initiatives supporting the Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) Program. This role combines project management, clinical operations, digital health transformation, and change management to deliver and continuously improve clinical solutions across healthcare settings. The position requires collaboration with clinical leaders, product teams, health system partners, and vendors to drive workflow modernization, enhance clinician experience, and ensure effective adoption of digital health tools province-wide.
