Accommodations and meals provided for the duration of the project Experience Previous semi vac truck operation in industrial or shutdown settings Certification H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, CSO, TDG, WHMIS Pre-Employment Alcohol and drug screening, plus a comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment (see below) Pre-Employment Requirements Every operator placed on this project must complete the following before start: Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening Successful completion of a comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment.

This assessment is job-related, focusing on the physical demands and safety sensitive nature of the work, and is conducted in accordance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements and the Alberta Human Rights Act.

The assessment will cover: Health History Review: A thorough examination of the candidate's health background.

Pre-Medical Evaluation: Measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.

Musculoskeletal Examination: A head-to-toe assessment to identify any limitations or concerns related to physical health.

Critical Strength and Mobility Test: A series of tasks assessing lifting, carrying, and positional abilities aligned with the job's physical demands (up to 50 lbs).

The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking Semi Vac Operators to join our valued client's team on a camp based project in the Grande Prairie region, starting September 15, 2026.

This is a contract position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

The contract runs 2 to 3 weeks to start, and our client has potential for additional projects after this one for operators who perform.
