BRAMPTON FAMILY HIRING TWO NANNIES — DAYTIME EVENING We are a busy family in Brampton looking for two warm, reliable and energetic nannies to join our family long-term. We have two children: a 3-year-old boy who attends daycare during the day and a 9-month-old baby girl. We are hiring for TWO SEPARATE POSITIONS: POSITION 1 — DAYTIME LIVE-IN NANNY / FAMILY ASSISTANT Monday–Friday Approx. 7:00 AM–3:30 PM $21–$23/hour, depending on experience Private live-in accommodation provided Our toddler attends daycare approximately 8:15 AM–3:30/4:30 PM, so most of the day is spent one-on-one with our baby. We are looking for an experienced nanny who genuinely enjoys children and is active and playful — reading, singing, talking, floor play, walks, EarlyON programs and age-appropriate activities. You must also be confident independently caring for both a baby and toddler together when needed. Responsibilities include: • Morning routine with both children • Baby feeding, naps and developmental play • Walks, EarlyON and age-appropriate outings • Children’s laundry • Daily reset of children’s bedrooms and toy/play areas • Children’s bottles, dishes and feeding supplies • Children’s snacks/meals • Light family meal prep according to instructions (washing/chopping vegetables, marinating, portioning ingredients, etc.) • Keeping children’s supplies and spaces organized • Cleaning up child-related messes Our baby typically naps approximately 10:30 AM–1:00 PM, allowing time for a break and completion of family-assistant tasks. This is not a housekeeping position. Deep cleaning and whole-house cleaning are not required. Ideal candidate has strong infant/toddler experience, is proactive, organized, affectionate, playful and comfortable taking our baby to programs/outings independently. Driver’s licence is an asset but not mandatory. ⸻ POSITION 2 — AFTERNOON/EVENING NANNY Monday–Friday Approx. 3:30 PM–8:30 PM Approx. 25 hours/week $19–$21/hour, depending on experience This nanny will take ownership of our children’s afternoon/evening routine. Mom frequently works outside the home, so you must be completely comfortable independently managing both children. Responsibilities include: • Daycare pickup • After-daycare snack • Active play and outdoor time • Taking our toddler to evening activities such as soccer and basketball • Caring for both children independently when Mom is working • Children’s dinner/feeding • Bath and pajamas • Bedtime routines • Resetting children’s play/dining areas afterward • Preparing daycare/activity items for the following day Our baby is usually asleep around 7 PM and our toddler around 8 PM. A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required for this position. Occasional later evenings may be requested in advance due to Mom’s work schedule and would be paid additionally. ⸻ WHAT MATTERS MOST TO US We want caregivers who genuinely enjoy children. We’re looking for someone who gets down on the floor to play, reads, sings, talks, goes outside and interacts with our children — not someone who simply supervises them or spends the day on their phone. Candidates should be reliable, patient, energetic, proactive and comfortable caring for a baby and toddler simultaneously. Strong references are required. CPR/First Aid is preferred. We are looking for long-term candidates (ideally 1 year).
