Why This Role Matters
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will join our Workplace Experience Management group; a team at the heart of Tecsys’s commitment to creating an exceptional workplace experience for both employees and visitors. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of office operations, facilities, employee services, workplace programs, and company events.
The Workplace Experience Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to employees and vendors, ensuring that the workplace environment supports productivity, collaboration, well-being, and Tecsys' culture. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinates daily office operations and serves as the first point of contact at reception, greeting employees, candidates, and visitors while managing calls, inquiries, and visitor registration/badging.
- Manages office, kitchen, and workplace supplies, and coordinates facility maintenance, cleaning, and vendor relationships with building management and contractors.
- Maintains common areas, conference rooms, and amenities, and supports office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and physical setup for meetings and events.
- Acts as the primary contact for workplace-related employee requests, supporting onboarding/offboarding logistics (workstation readiness, equipment, shipping) in partnership with HR and IT.
- Supports employee engagement, training coordination, and welcome experiences that reinforce a positive workplace culture.
- Plans and executes employee events, celebrations, and wellness/recognition programs, handling logistics like catering, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
- Supports health, safety, and security initiatives, including emergency preparedness, visitor access protocols, workplace inspections, and compliance with building regulations.
