Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to support reporting, data cleaning, and basic analysis across the business. You'll help build dashboards, validate data accuracy, and support senior analysts on larger projects, gaining hands-on experience with real business data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Support data validation and quality checks
• Help identify basic trends and patterns in datasets
• Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects
• Document data definitions and reporting processes
• Support ad hoc data requests from various departments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
• Basic proficiency in Excel; SQL exposure a plus
• Familiarity with a visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
