We are a family in Glendale, SW Calgary, looking for a reliable, organized, and caring part-time nanny/family helper to assist us Tuesday through Thursday after school. Our children are 9 and 11 and are quite independent. They walk to and from school on their own, so this role is less about traditional childcare and more about helping with the afternoon routine, keeping our household organized, and getting the kids where they need to be. Responsibilities will include: Walking our friendly dog (½ Lab, ½ Retriever) Preparing a healthy after-school snack for the kids Helping prepare and pack school lunches, including occasional baking for lunches Prepping and/or making family dinners Light housekeeping and general tidying Driving the kids to after-school activities as needed We would love to find someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative around the home. Someone who enjoys cooking and has knowledge of healthy, nutritious meals would be a great fit for our family. The position is approximately 3–4 hours per day, Tuesday through Thursday. Because some driving to activities is required, a valid driver’s licence, vehicle and safe driving record are important.
