Job Description - Project Manager – Project Power (Logistics Smartsheet Replacement)
Experienced Project Manager to lead Project Power, a global transformation initiative replacing legacy Smartsheet-based logistics processes with a Microsoft Power Platform solution integrated with Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and other enterprise applications.
This business-critical program spans multiple business units and global operations across the U.S. and Germany, with key milestones through 2027. The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, and on-time implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Manage the integrated project plan across design, development, migration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Drive execution against critical milestones and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
- Track schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate status reviews, executive updates, steering committee meetings, and decision-making.
- Maintain project governance including RAID logs, change control, and reporting.
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Partner with business and technical teams to manage backlog priorities and sprint execution.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to track releases, dependencies, and project progress.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure accountability across teams.
Validation, Migration & Go-Live Support
- Support delivery within a regulated GxP/CSV environment.
- Coordinate UAT, migration readiness, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
- Ensure successful transition into operational support.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- 7+ years managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven experience with project governance, reporting, risk management, and execution oversight.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading system implementation, modernization, or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GxP and CSV validation processes.
- Microsoft Power Platform project experience.
- Oracle EBS and/or JD Edwards integration experience.
- Azure DevOps proficiency.
- Experience managing vendor transitions, migrations, and consulting engagements.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $60 to $70/hour . Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
