We are currently seeking a bilingual Education Coordinator for our continuing education brands. The Education Coordinator will join a growing team of education and media professionals and report to the Director, CE Corner. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of Newcom’s continuing education platforms, including learner support, accreditation submissions, learning management system (LMS) administration, and the maintenance of support resources and internal procedures.
This role is open to candidates located in Ontario, Quebec, or British Columbia.
Position Status: Existing vacancy
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000

Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for user help requests through our ticketing system
- Support administrative duties with CE Corner's learning platforms, including user management, enrollments, reporting, and course setup
- Respond to user support inquiries, escalating issues as needed
- Assist with the application process for continuing education (CE) credits with a variety of governing bodies across Canada
- Update and refresh knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support resources for Newcom’s learning platforms
- Maintain and update operational documentation and internal procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
- Experience working as an administrator within a learning management system or similar system
- Strong research, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to write succinctly and tailor language for different audiences
- Demonstrable experience working in a client-facing role
- Experience filling out detailed professional forms such as grant applications, accreditation applications, and compliance paperwork is an asset.
- Financial industry experience is an asset
- Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to speak business-level French
