Job description

Your newpany

  • Support a portfolio ofmercial, retail, and industrial properties located throughout downtown Winnipeg.
  • Be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional building operations and tenant service.

Your new role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio ofmercial properties.
  • Monitor and maintain building systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC, mechanical, and life safety systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs.
  • Coordinate with contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure work ispleted safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to tenant requests and support a high level of customer service across the portfolio.
  • Assist with capital projects and ongoing property improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
  • Travel between multiple properties within the Winnipeg portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certification is required.
  • Experience operatingmercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and general building operations.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance programs and life safety systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Strongmunication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

What you'll get in return

  • Base salary of $75,000 annually.
