This posting is replacing an existing position. In this position you will work with the School Administration to ensure the smooth operation of our school library.Duties:Prepare the library for the start/end of the school year;Ensuring library resources are in order and in good condition;Setting up patrons for library circulation;Managing library circulation;Adding, editing and deleting library resources;Coordinating circulation schedules;Preparing and distributing library reports (over dues, etc.).Managing the inventory process when required.Provide secretarial and clerical support in the office when required.Other related secretarial duties as assigned. Qualifications Required:Secondary School Graduation Diploma;Related experience over six months, up to including one (1) year;Demonstrated computer knowledge and practical experience on multi-screen database systems, and using Word, Excel and Google Suite;Personal qualities of maturity, tact and discretion;Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision;Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with staff members, parents, students and the general public both in person and on the phone is absolutely essential.
