Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management and Business Development teams with ongoing projects, initiatives, and client-focused activities.

• Track project progress and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze sales, operational, and customer performance metrics toidentifytrends and opportunities.

• Collect andmaintainbusiness and account performance data to support decision-making.

• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Support lead management activities, including the qualification and routing of new opportunities.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support operational excellence.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing abachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Managements, Logistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented witha high levelof accuracy in data management.

• Previouscustomer service, sales, or team-based experience is an asset.
