Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities AvailableAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking dependable and motivated Light Duty Cleaners to join our team in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Multiple positions are available across various commercial and government facilities.We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments.A variety of schedules may be available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, depending on site requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and common areas
• Empty waste and recycling receptacles
• Replenish cleaning supplies as required
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Complete assigned duties efficiently and to a high standard

QualificationsRequired

• Hold a valid Federal Government FA2 Security Clearance OR be eligible and willing to obtain an FA2 Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clear Criminal Record Check
• Reliable transportation or the ability to travel to assigned work locations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to follow security, safety, and confidentiality procedures

Previous Experience – Considered an Asset

• Commercial cleaning
• Janitorial services
• Industrial cleaning
• Housekeeping
• Custodial work
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe work practices

Security RequirementsDue to the nature of some work locations, successful candidates may be required to complete additional security screening.Depending on the assigned site, requirements may include:

• Federal Government FA2 Security Clearance
• Criminal Record Check
• Fingerprinting
• Birth Certificate verification
• Government-issued photo identification
• Completion of required security clearance documentation
• RNC Clearance, where applicable

Candidates must be able to successfully complete all security requirements applicable to their assigned work location before commencing work.Schedule
