Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Information and Data Management to implement records lifecycle management and data governance using Microsoft Dynamics

Join a high-visibility information and records management initiative within the banking sector. This role supports records retention, disposition, governance, data mapping, and business analysis activities tied to information management solutions and AI-enabled technologies. The consultant will collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to support implementation, testing, and operational adoption activities across enterprise Microsoft environments.

12 month Contract,

Remote, Working Hours (37.5): EST

Must Haves

• 5+ years in information and records management with a focus on electronic records management
• 3+ years developing data maps, data dictionaries, metadata crosswalks, and semantic models
• 3+ years conducting business analysis, documenting business requirements, and collaborating with development teams to implement technology solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and enterprise Microsoft technologies supporting information management and data governance
• Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies, Information Management, Records Management, Archival Studies, or a related information management discipline

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting reporting and analytics requirements within enterprise Microsoft environments
• Experience working with AI-enabled information management solutions

Responsibilities

• Assess and document records retention, disposition, and information management requirements for assigned programs and business functions
• Analyze business processes and develop business requirements for records lifecycle management controls
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to implement and validate lifecycle management controls and AI governance requirements
• Perform data mapping, data analysis, and data integration activities between Microsoft Dynamics and other data sources
• Deliver knowledge transfer, training, and operational handover activities to business and support teams
• Support data modelling and reporting activities tied to information management solutions
