Job description
Our prominent Family Law client has a consistent and growing practice and they are looking for a new Associate Lawyer to assist their growth in the Niagara Region. Offering an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience.
- 2+ years of Family Law experience
- No book of business required
- Needs to be able to carry their own files
- Fully remote in the Niagara Region (Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catharines, etc.)
- Needs to have strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children's Law Reform Act
- Expected compensation range: $100,000 to $170,000 per year, based on experience
- This is a new position with the firm
