You must do order entry, order jump entry, retailer credit processing and other related administrative tasks..

Enter orders arriving by email, enter order slips,
Process retailer credits
Process returns
Complete files, reports, quotes
Work in collaboration with other departements
Other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications
-English and French bilingualism both orally and in writing; Good English is required because of communication with suppliers and associates outside of Quebec, Ontario...
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment;
-Ability to prioritize and work on several files at the same time;
- Dynamic, good energy;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
