Job Description

What you’re responsible for :

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing vehicles using a handheld device.
• Organize and classify vehicles efficiently to streamline tracking.
• Clean, remove snow (winter) and wrap vehicles to improve visual appeal and prevent further damage. Ensure vehicles are clean and free of dirt and debris for images.
• Carry out detailed inspections of vehicles on arrival, documenting any existing damage or problems with photographs and a digital questionnaire.
• Ensure accurate representation of vehicle condition.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including summer and winter.
• Adapt and perform tasks effectively in all weather conditions.
• Coordinate seamlessly with operations team to ensure smooth vehicle movements and accurate record keeping.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Prepare vehicles for display in the yard;
• Dismantle wheels and sort tires;
• Clean, test and classify batteries for resale;
• Fill cans with certain liquids and label them;
• Prepare, organize and clean the yard for customers;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy.
