We are currently looking for Trainers who possess excellent leadership skill and passion for Training and Development. You are Guest-focused, excited about travelling to multiple restaurants, working in new environments and assisting in training new Team Members, Supervisors and Managers. As an enthusiastic team leader, you motivate and coach team members to ensure that high standards of Hospitality, Operational and Food Safety standards are achieved.
Key job responsibilities:
•Be available to work flexible shifts and weekends. * •Have at least 1-2 year of experience in food service industry or other related fields. * •Be guest service oriented and committed to deliver exceptional guest experience. * •Have strong organizational and communication skills and a lot of patience * •Embrace our Servant leadership model to positively train, communicate and help team members. * •Pride yourself in building relationships with your guests and your team. * •Demonstrate a passion for leading, coaching and serving your team. * •Having a driver license and your own vehicle is an asset.
