YOUR MISSION AT INFASCO
- Sequence manufacturing orders for bolting machines according to their capacity using the Preactor system, while respecting client deadlines and minimizing losses due to changes.
- Based on Preactor system suggestions, analyze the feasibility of products on suggested bolting machines in line with the technical guide and capacities.
- Collaborate with the Planner and Supply Chain Analysts to explore opportunities for optimal production and efficiency combinations.
- Work with the Production Supervisor and Raw Material Planner to ensure the availability of raw materials for production and prevent inventory shortages. You may also verify orders and monitor potentially delayed products.
- Coordinate with other departments to avoid delays in client deliveries related to production.
- In collaboration with the Planner, analyze options during breakdowns, tool shortages, or workforce issues, and redirect products to other bolting machines to meet production goals on time.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process for delivery timelines.
- Perform various tasks related to the department.
Requirements:
- Hold a high school diploma (D.E.S.) and have a solid knowledge of the product and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sector or department (planning, purchasing/supply chain).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Ross, Preactor is an asset, and others).
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.
- Be meticulous and have excellent concentration abilities.
- Be highly organized to manage follow-ups and possess a good memory.

- Annual salary of $64,248 ($30.88 per hour) upon hiring, with subsequent increases as per the collective agreement;
