Join us and immerse yourself in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment where you’ll make a real impact. Together, we’ll push boundaries and go above what’s expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join and grow with our Water and Wastewater team. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and provide leadership to technical staff to ensure successful project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, stakeholders, and project partners while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering, including project management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for registration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects involving water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, conveyance, and distribution systems through planning, design, and construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget.
  • Experience supporting business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence
