Our public sector client is seeking a Content Writer to develop webinar content using research, interviews, and bilingual French/English communication

Join a public sector organization supporting international business and trade initiatives through webinar-based content production. This role supports the development and coordination of webinar scripts, panel questions, transcripts, and participant materials for ongoing monthly webinar broadcasts. The engagement is part-time over a 12-month term with multiple webinars in production simultaneously across different stages.

12-month contract. % Remote (Eastern Time Zone) - Part Time (25-30 hours per month)

Must Haves

• Bilingual French/English communication
• 5+ years providing professional writing services for international business, trade, or export-focused organizations
• Reliability security clearance eligibility
• University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, media, public relations, business, broadcasting, or media production

Nice to Have

• Work samples of articles, reports, or broadcast scripts
• Content development and collaboration experience
• Research and interviewing skills
• Experience communicating complex subject matter to target audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts within and outside of the organization
• Prepare webinar transcripts
• Write webinar scripts
• Develop panel questions
• Conduct research on panelists and webinar topics
• Prepare participant materials for webinar downloads
• Attend and participate in internal webinar production meetings
