Job description

Are you a hands-on manufacturing & logistics specialist looking for a position that combines active warehouse operations with direct client engagement? We are seeking an energetic, dependable Visible Inventory (VI) Inventory Control Worker in Cambridge, ON. In this dynamic role within our manufacturing & logistics sector, you will act as a key liaison between internal operations and valued industrial partners across the region. You will spend your workday performing essential material handling and order assembly inside the warehouse while also taking the driver's seat in a company-provided vehicle to conduct daily on-site inventory management and basic equipment maintenance at local client facilities.

As a Visible Inventory (VI) Inventory Control Worker, your day-to-day duties keep supply chains running smoothly. From picking, packing, and managing stock to performing light technical troubleshooting on inventory sensors and mechanical hardware, you ensure that clients always have the right components when they need them. Candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing & logistics environments, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety will thrive in this role.

Because this position is based in Cambridge, Ontario, the primary language of daily operation, customer interaction, and documentation is English. Effective verbal and written English communication skills are required to interface with local clients, maintain calibration logs, and collaborate with internal supply chain teams.

Requirements
