Join a collaborative team supporting business-as-usual initiatives within a leading financial services environment. This role partners closely with corporate functions and technology teams to gather and document business requirements, support multiple delivery pods, and manage initiatives through the full project lifecycle. The team operates within SAFe Agile and governance-aligned practices across enterprise initiatives. Must Haves
- 5-7 years in Business Analysis within enterprise environments
- 5-7 years working in a Mainframe environment
- 5-7 years using Agile, JIRA, and Confluence
- Demonstrated understanding of SDLC
- Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Agile certifications
- Banking or financial services background
- SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platform exposure
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements
- Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications
- Conduct analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into system specifications for technology teams
- Support testing activities to validate alignment between requirements and delivered solutions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and consultants
- Manage initiatives through the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment
