Snr M365 Developer to develop software solutions within the MS365 ecosystem

Our valued client is looking for a Snr M Developer to develop software solutions within the MS ecosystem

% remote initial 5 year contract

Responsibilities:

• Create working procedures and documentation for solutions
• Document, share and transfer knowledge, considerations and best-practices to IMTD staff
• Test and pilot proposed solutions in coordination with business and technical teams
• Create solution design documents, populate knowledge repositories and deliver walkthroughs to technical team and other stakeholders
• Analyze and articulate business problems and/or opportunities, interpret and map solutions to M tools and capabilities, and clearly identify what business objectives can and cannot be met with these solutions.
• Identify and analyze the data and information requirements needed in the solution design
• Identify and participate in the development of opportunities for solution improvement, optimization, process automation, data analysis and reporting
• Design M-based business solutions that best match business needs and that are aligned with the clients technology architecture vision and guidelines
• Investigate incoming business questions and concerns and perform root cause analysis to address the issues and develop a strategy to resolve and implement those solutions
• Keep abreast of M roadmap and provide recommendations for business onboarding and adoption
• Act as a M expert to help business clients adopt digital solutions to meet their business needs
• Maintain collaborative relationships with IMTD and business counterparts

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience within the last 15 years performing all of the tasks outlined below in a Microsoft (MS) ecosystem.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications PL-: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate OR PL-: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• 5+ years of experience, in the last 10 years developing:
• Microsoft (MS) Planner functionality using the planner Application Programming Interface (API). to programmatically create, manage, track, or integrate Planner tasks and plans with other business applications and workflows.
• MS SharePoint using the MS Graph API (i.e. Drive, List, Site)
• Manage MS Teams using the MS Graph API
• MS Power Automate Cloud flows using standard MS and custom MS connectors for both of the following purposes:
• i. automation; and ii. orchestration
• Integrating with Azure Active Directory (AD) Single sign-On
• Creating new MS Teams Canvas Power Apps for enterprise business needs and Custom components using the PowerApp Component Framework
• Power Business Intelligence (BI) Reports, Dashboards
• Connecting with existing and new Enterprise/Common Dataverse Data for enterprise business requirements
• 5+ years of experience, in the last 10 years using each of the following to develop in the MS ecosystem:
• Visual Studio Integrated Development Environment with C#, .NET, Python
• Visual Studio Code with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js

Nice to Have Skills:

• 5+ years expereince in the last 10 years developing in each of the following:
• AI Agents - Co-pilot
• MS Teams Tool Kit and/or Agents Tool Kit integrated with Visual Studio Code*
• MS Teams Software Development Kit (SDK)
• Message Extensions - MS Teams
• Adaptive Cards - MS Teams
