The successful candidate will be a key member of the legal leadership team, providing practical, risk-based legal advice, and driving legal operational excellence. This role is pivotal in supporting the Board, executive leadership, and functional business groups, and requires a leader with a strong background in legal, governance, commercial, compliance, and enterprise risk issues. Candidates for the Vice President, Enterprise Legal position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of legal experience, with a background that includes leading law firms, in-house legal departments, Crown corporations, public sector organizations, financial institutions, or similarly regulated environments. The role demands a professional with deep expertise in corporate governance, procurement, commercial contracting, compliance, policy development, and enterprise legal risk management.
