Accounting Associate

About the Opportunity

· Responsible for non-PO AP invoice coding, approval and coordinating with AP team on weekly payment runs for Canada.

· Administrate company cars, credit cards, and cell phone programs.

· Monitor employee reimbursement system, review, and approve Concur expense claims.

· Create AP accrual journal entries during month end.

· Assist in intercompany cross charge billings, JV booking and intercompany balancing during month end and year end closing.

· Prepare monthly prepaid account reconciliations.

· Assist in daily zero cost updates.

· Responsible for non-PO office suppliers purchasing.

· Assist in monthly trade compliance audit.

About You

· 2+ years of accounting experience (a large portion of this role is AP)

· Accounting knowledge/experience (journal entries, deb/credits)

· Open to some admin duties

Pay Range

$27 - $32 per hour
