Your New Role
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading electrical construction activities on major water and wastewater treatment projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage workforce performance, and ensure work ispleted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project management teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients while providing technical leadership throughout project delivery. This role requires strong field experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules,missioning activities, RFIs, and quality requirements onplex heavy construction projects.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience:
- Trade certification as an Electrician (309A preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on heavy industrial or infrastructure projects
- Experience working on water or wastewater treatment facilities is highly preferred
- Previous exposure to project management responsibilities is considered an asset
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, codes, and industry best practices
- Knowledge of mechanical and civil construction scopes
- Experience with RFIs,missioning, quality control, and project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Pay Rate: $120,000 - $150,000+ (Dependent on Experience)
