Responsibilities
• Translate business insights into strategic, actionable options by obtaining and organizing key business information, enabling informed decision-making.
• Facilitate decision-making across diverse groups of stakeholders by using excellent skills in communication, critical thinking, and persuasive influencing to deliver recommendations that align to the business goals.
• Conduct market, customer, and business performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities, evaluate business needs, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support account management, business development, and commercial product initiatives tailored to the operational priorities of commercial, industrial, and large enterprise clients.
• Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, tracking deliverables, milestones, and priorities to ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across internal functional teams and directly engage commercial and industrial stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B events, marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms to develop reports, executive briefings, data-driven presentations, and performance tracking metrics.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, exercise sound judgment to solve complex business problems, and independently drive initiatives forward to completion.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
•Experience planning and supporting B2B events, stakeholder meetings, customer engagement activities, and business initiatives.
•Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
•Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, exercise sound judgement, and drive work forward to completion.
•Experience supporting business products, account management activities, or business development initiatives involving commercial and industrial customers.
•Strong attention to detail with proven ability to coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support program execution.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/customer management tools), including preparing reports, presentations, and business insights.
•Experience in strategic business analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
•Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably supporting commercial, industrial, or large enterprise customers with an understanding of business customer needs and operational priorities.
•Demonstrated project management experience, managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a complex business environment.
•Ability to support marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
•Experience conducting customer, market, and business analysis to support business objectives.
•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen, with the ability to engage effectively with commercial and industrial customers.
•Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and support business-facing priorities.
Nice to haves:
•Experience preparing reports, briefings, summaries and presentations for a variety of audiences.
•Knowledge of energy, utilities, sustainability, energy management, or regulated industry sector
•Experience or training in project management and CRM platforms/customer databases
