Summary
Working for our client presents an exceptional opportunity for an IT professional looking to accelerate their career within a dynamic and expanding organization. Because the client is actively growing their corporate footprint—including the launch of new support offices and distribution centers across Canada—the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing Early Life Support (ELS) and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.

A prospective candidate would be highly motivated by the chance to step into a strategic leadership position that blends people management with hands-on technical problem-solving. They will have the opportunity to mentor a dedicated team while engaging with a modern, enterprise-level technology stack (including ServiceNow, Azure Active Directory, and complex ERP/HRIS systems). Ultimately, this role offers a driven IT professional the platform to move beyond standard operational support, directly influencing the client's technological efficiency and overall business success.
