Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Capital Asset Support team, supporting critical financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Belleville, ON

Pay Rate: $48.72/hr

1 Month contract

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00 pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Support the accurate and timely processing of capital fixed assets, including ROC origination and FADO/FATO transactions.
• Assist project managers and departments in submitting ROC documentation, ensuring completeness and adherence to policies.
• Process fixed asset disposals and transfers, updating records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Track the status of ROCs through approval processes and communicate updates effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for fixed asset transactions.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in SAP and Inventory Management systems.
• Strong data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and related standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
