The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving profitable revenue growth across multiple product lines. This role demands a leader with a strong background in structural steel, construction products, or related industries, who can build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as engineers, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.
