As a Route Service Supervisor youâll lead and work alongside a team of Route Service Representatives who service a diverse portfolio of customers each day, from small family-owned businesses to large corporate locations. This is an entry-level supervisor opportunity designed for career-minded individuals eager to grow, develop leadership skills, and advance within a stable, customer-focused organization.
What Your Role Entails:
⢠Provide route coverage during Route Service Representative absences (e.g., illness or vacation), offering hands-on support while assessing performance and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
⢠Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
⢠Negotiate customer contract renewals
⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
⢠Collaborate closely with leadership and management to deliver best-in-class customer service and product programs
⢠Support the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $61,927.98 to $86,011.08 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidateâs skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the positionâs location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.
