Our client, a leading organization in customer service and support, is seeking a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Client Service Agent to join their team.

Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Client Service Agent

Location: Winnipeg Manitoba

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Spanish and English, providing professional assistance and support.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a courteous and effective manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to pass a language proficiency test, including typing and grammar assessments.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
