GENERAL SUMMARY
To supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives. To supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Four (4) years business experience
Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred
Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed
Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to manoeuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment

Additional Details: Posting: 09/02/2026 – 09/09/2026 at 3PM local. The role provides leadership to the YHMA supervisory team spanning 7 days per week and AM and PM. Majority of the role will be spent M-F AM but must be flexible.
