We are seeking an experienced Order Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in order processing, order entry, inventory management, pricing, sales support, and customer relationship management.
The successful candidate will communicate with customers by phone and email, process customer orders, respond to product and pricing inquiries, check inventory, coordinate product availability, and work closely with our sales, supply chain, warehouse, and distribution teams.
This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
