MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Administrator to support a Program Management team delivering large-scale electrical utility capital projects across Alberta. This is a 1-year contract with strong potential for renewal, working closely with Project Managers and Engineers across the full project lifecycle from inception through to closeout.

What You'll Be Doing
- Tracking, storing, and maintaining all project documents in the appropriate systems and locations
- Transmitting and receiving documents with external stakeholders on behalf of project teams
- Routing documents for review and approval to the appropriate parties and ensuring timely closeout
- Supporting change control activities by ensuring established standards and policies are followed
- Providing expertise and guidance to team members on document control systems and processes
- Identifying and recommending improvements to existing document control workflows
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies across the program
What You Bring
- Experience in document control within an engineering, construction, or capital project environment
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with engineering and project document control methods, tools, and standards
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgment, and the ability to work with limited direction
- Fast learner who can quickly develop system expertise and share that knowledge with others
