About the Role
The firm is looking to add a full-time intermediate level corporate clerk to their corporate department. This position is a key component of their active corporate and tax practices involving reorganizations, business transactions and not-for-profit corporations. The clerk group is a dynamic and focused group that provides support to a busy and diverse lawyer base. This is for the Kitchener office.
