We’re hiring a Site Manager in New Brunswick, supporting one of Atlantic Canada’s largest and fastest-growing independent car wash brands. Our client focuses on delivering clean, efficient, and reliable car wash experiences.The Role: Site ManagerAs Site Manager, you will lead the daily operations of three locations, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead and develop a team of 5–10 employees, set the standard for customer service, and ensure each location is clean, safe, well-maintained, and operating at its best.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee site maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, perform & coordinate repairs, support your team, and resolve customer concerns. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll have a direct impact on the customer experience, team performance, and overall standards of your locations.What You'll Bring
